Purchased these collars based on recommendation of a trusted trainer. Had a small issue after a few weeks of use. Sent a message to Hoss and they responded in under 30 minutes to let me know that they were shipping a replacement ASAP. Overall I think the replacement collar for the TT25 is good. Full jury is still out till we observe durability this season.

I will say the collar only ships with 2 brackets for the antenna. Their picture clearly shows 3. Two is not enough to stabilize the antenna all the way around the collar like depicted. So I thought that was deceptive.

I run 4 collars 24/7 and I haven’t had a single problem with them. I had one collar clasp fall apart and they sent me the metal claps with new collar immediately. If you have a choice and run bigger dogs I’d go with the metal clasp. Also their customer service has been on point and fantastic. I will always run these straps

Built for bird dogs. Would look good on a wiener dog.

Let’s start with customer service: I sent a message and got a reply before I could put my phone down. Professional, helpful, and apparently staffed by people who don’t sleep.

Next, the company. They stand behind their product. Full stop. My first collar had an issue, and instead of making me jump through hoops, they made it right fast and went further than they had to. That tells you everything about how much they trust what they make and type of company they are.

Now the collar. Razor is a GSP, which means he’s a hunting dog, a family pet, and full-time chaos. He wears his Pro with a Garmin Sport Pro every minute he’s out of the crate: in the field, on the couch, and through whatever the kids have him doing. The hardware is stout, it stays put, the Garmin sits right, and it still looks good at the end of the day.

It looks so good I’d put one on a wiener dog. I don’t own a wiener dog. I’m considering getting one just to prove the point. Ok, that part is a lie. Not even sure what those dogs are bred to do, other than get stepped on.

I’ve run other collars. I won’t again. Just buy this one.

No problems came quick

Have you ever wondered if your anti bark collar was to loos or more importantly to tight? With the Hoss straps all you need to do is a first time adjustment and you’re done. Never guess again or try to count holes on a collar. Set it forget it 100% recommend by me and my kennels.

After hunting tree dogs most of my adult lives I’ve finally found a collar that’s safe, adjustable, and that stays where it’s adjusted to whit a pull of the strap. These collars are perfect for my application. If you haven’t already give them a try I promise you won’t regret the purchase.

Ordering process is user friendly. Sent an email about the next available time the Hoss Pro field collar would be available. I was responded to within the same business day with the spot on information. I have purchased 10 of the collars now each process has been smooth.

My strap broke out in the field where the dog collar connectors are and I immediately reached out via email to hoss straps about the warranty. I kid you not within 3 minutes of sending the email I received a confirmation email saying that the replacement adapter was ordered and on its way then 3 minutes after that someone from customer service replied to the email saying they would happily warranty it.
